The new office is located in the Toul Kork District of Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. GES expects continued gains for the country, which experienced economic growth of 10 percent in 2007. According to the World Bank, Cambodia's growth has averaged 9 percent annually since 1998 and is the second-fastest growing country in Asia, behind China, in terms of annual rise in GDP.
