Authorities in Vietnam say an aeroplane was abandoned at Hanoi's Noi Bai airport last year and no-one knows who owns it.
The Boeing 727 arrived at the airport from Siem Reap in neighbouring Cambodia in late 2007 but since then remains unclaimed.
While the Cambodian flag it painted on the 727s fuselage and it is emblazoned with the name Air Dream there is no information about the airline.
Airport officials say that is the owners do not come forward soon the plane will have to be sent for scrap.
The plane was originally given permission to land while essential maintenance was carried out but these repairs have not been done.
