Phnom Penh - A German tourist was stabbed in the stomach and robbed in the Cambodian coastal town of Sihanoukville, local media reported on Monday.
Wolfgang Teels, 54, was walking along a beach near the town on Wednesday when three men attacked him with a fruit knife and tried to steal his money, the Phnom Penh Post reported.

Police said the men fled when Teels called for help.
Teels survived the attack and the three men confessed their crime after being arrested.
