Prime Minister Hun Sen ordered that no kindergarten buildings in Phnom Penh would be sold to private developers. "[Phnom Penh Governor] Kep Chuktema has to tell all local authorities to look after all kindergartens, and do not sell or exchange the land with this or that company because you want money," Hun Sen said at the inauguration of the Stung Meanchey bridge. According to Kep Chuktema, Phnom Penh has more than 20 kindergartens.
