Dear Editor,

In regards to your article "Police Target Porn Videos" (April 22, 2009), I am sure that people around Phnom Penh will sleep better knowing that police are doing everything they can to crack down on the downloading of "racy images of women" onto mobile phones. I would also like to give a big thumbs-up to first lady Bun Rany, whose comments have apparently spurred police into action.

I can't help but feel, however, that the police might be better utilised in controlling the numerous traffic infractions that occur around the Kingdom every day, or that the first lady's remarks may have been better directed at the people in the provinces who seem intent to settle disputes with farming tools.
