PANO – A delegation of Vietnamese Border Command’s Department for Drug Prevention, led by Major General Nguyen Sinh Xo, met with its Cambodian counterpart, led by General Mak Da Ra, yesterday to discuss measures to boost cooperation between the two sides.
After the meeting, the two sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding to boost cooperation and exchanges to better deal with drug criminals operating in the border areas of the two countries.
