Cambodia is one of the world’s most photogenic places but for years it was captured almost exclusively by foreign photographers. However, a handful of new galleries, festivals and training programs have arisen recently to promote and celebrate works by the country's residents.The picture at left depicts a man cycling in the Battambamg province.
