A child clings to the safety bar of a carnival ride in Siem Reap on Saturday as this year’s Water Festival got into full swing. Millions across the Kingdom gathered in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap to commemorate the festival with concerts, food, fun and the all-important dragon boat races.
