Defending champions Vietnam clinched top spot in Group B of the AFF Suzuki Cup with a 1-0 victory over Singapore at My Dinh Stadium in Vietnam on Wednesday evening. Nguyen Vu Phong's lone strike ensured Henrique Calisto's team progressed to a semifinal clash with Malaysia. Meanwhile the Philippines, who drew 0-0 with Myanmar in Nam Dinh, will take on Indonesia in the other semifinal.
