Phnom Penh's Dangkor district rowing team practices at the front of the Royal Palace on Friday. The boat has a crew of 55 people and is named the Techesh Pon Phnom after the team's local pagoda. The Water Festival, or Om Tuk, runs from November 11 to 13 and includes boat races in which crews from all across the Kingdom will compete on Phnom Penh's Tonle Bassac.
