CAMBODIA'S ambassador to the United Kingdom has criticised the BBC for airing an "extremely one-sided" report alleging widespread land-grabbing in the Kingdom. In a letter to BBC World Service acting editor Andrew Whitehead dated Thursday, Ambassador Hor Nambora said a story aired on the Assignment programme on Thursday was "at variance" with the BBC's global reputation. The report, by journalist Robert Walker, cited UN reports that "hundreds of thousands" of Cambodians are now affected by land disputes.
