Markers No 81 and No 84 on the Vietnam-Cambodia land border were planted on January 29-30 in the presence of diplomats, border guards and local residents of the two countries.
The two markers demarcate Vietnam’s southern Tay Ninh province and Cambodia’s Kampong Cham province.
On this occasion, Vietnamese and Cambodian border guards met to share experiences in an effort to build a common border of peace and friendship.
