THE CURIOUS CASE OF THE SCREAMING TEEN
Mystery surrounds a surprising occurrence that has left families in Phnom Penh’s Dangkor district scratching their heads. Neighbours said they heard the sound of a teenage girl calling for help from within an adjacent home. Since the house owners were away in the provinces, the neighbours assumed there must have been violence taking place. So they called police, who burst into the home and found nothing suspicious. The house’s owners said they had no plans to file a complaint against police for breaking into the house.
