CAMBODIA, PHNOM PENH, JULY 6, 2010-The Royal Government of Cambodia’s officials appealed to the Cambodian people to stop entering Thailand illegally.
They said while eight Cambodian people were sent back from India to Cambodia on Tuesday morning of July 06, 2010 after they had been arrested and sold out to India.
Mr. Kim Sovanna, Deputy Chairman of Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, told the DAP-News Center at the Phnom Penh International Airport that after Mr. Hor Nam Hong, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, issued an order to the Cambodian Foreign Ministry’s officials to take a step to bring these 8 Cambodian victims back to Cambodia.
Both Cambodian and Indian Embassies’ officials, with the assistance of the UIM Organization, made a closer cooperation with each other to bring them back to Cambodia.
