A bus turns around yesterday at the foot of the Cambodian-Japanese Friendship Bridge, where police prevented buses from crossing, causing major traffic jams. City Hall has said that buses are no longer able to use the bridge, ordering them to cross at the new Prek Phnov toll bridge.
