When there’s a respite from days of heavy rain, opportunity beckons. These people yesterday decided to cast nets in a bid to catch fish on a street in Prek Chhrey village’s Spean Thmor commune in Kandal Stung district in Kandal province. The street gained a current from the engorged Prek Thnaut river, hopefully bringing the catch of the day.
