Vespa owners in Phnom Penh turned out for their second annual rally yesterday at Independence Monument, aiming to celebrate Cambodia’s National Independence Day and promote road safety by raising awareness of the dangers of drink driving. After a short tour of city streets, members of the Vespa owners’ club scooted off for lunch.
