Dr Long Sophea treats an HIV-positive patient at the Chey Chumneas Hospital in Takhmao town, Kandal province, yesterday. Bun Rany, wife of Prime Minister Hun Sen and head of the Cambodian Red Cross, said some 90 percent of people in the Kingdom living with HIV are in need of anti-retroviral medications during a ceremony to commemorate World AIDS Day at Chaktamuk Theatre in Phnom Penh.
