About 25,000 illegal DVDs and VCDs that were confiscated last year were destroyed by a bulldozer yesterday at the Ministry of Culture during an official ceremony. Phnom Penh Deputy Police Chief Sok Phal said authorities had also collected about 300,000 illegal discs in 2009 and destroyed them earlier last year.
