Teen theft lands two in trouble
Two teens were arrested after being accused of stealing US$10,000 in jewellery. The boy admitted he stole $560 and some jewellery, but said the items were not worth $10,000. He said he gave a 17-year-old girl $30 then sold the rest of the jewellery. The girl said she spent all the money. Despite their ages, Phnom Penh Municipal Court ordered their arrests.
