Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva Wednesday interpreted a letter from Cambodian king's advisor as a good gesture saying the idea to make the Preah Vihear as a symbol of reconciliation between the two countries sounds good.

"The Preah Vihear has a historical and cultural values which could create peace and reconciliation between the people of two countries," he said.

"But if we take advantage of the issue for territorial boundary purpose, people on both sides cannot accept," he said.
