Onlookers gather at a massage parlour on Chamkarmon district’s Street 294 where three men were arrested for brandishing a gun at staff members. “They used to come here quite often, and we are all afraid of them because they are very aggressive,” said a 27-year-old masseur at the shop, who declined to be named. “Last night when they arrived, no one dared to massage them, making them angry and causing one of the men to point a gun at the staff.” Teang Chantha, deputy police chief of the Phnom Penh municipal minor crimes bureau, said the men were being held at a local police station while police investigated the case.
