The World Bank, European Union and Japanese government have offered Cambodia US$11 million to fight the spread of swine flu, officials said. “The money will be used by the National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM), Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, and the Ministry of Health to combat the disease and prevent an epidemic,” said NCDM spokesman Keo Vy on Sunday.
