When I see this pictures I feel like Cambodia is under Khmer rouge regime. Look at Hun Sen he is absolutely a real comrade of Khmer rouge while he dressing like that.
Going to visit the poor in the village just to show off only. Once the villagers have no flood then hun Sen grab their land and kick them away.. what a stupid?
You got to give it the man though. He at least takes his time to visit the affected people. Credit is given where credit is due.
