To mark the imminent beginning of the Mid-Autumn Festival this Saturday, the nation’s second-most important Chinese holiday after the Chinese New Year, 22-year-old Apsara employee Kun Rita arranges moon cakes near Phnom Penh’s O’Russei Market.
