Defrocked monk Neth Kai, 35, is taken to Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Monday following his arrest on Saturday on suspicion of secretly recording videos of naked women in a public bathroom at Srah Chak pagoda in Daun Penh district. Neth Kai, who is currently in pretrial detention at Prey Sar prison, was charged on Tuesday with producing and distributing pornography, a crime that carries with it a maximum fine of US$480 and up to a year in prison.
