A rather flat gameweek 4 saw many managers of our PPP/CTN Fantasy League struggling to scrape out a decent score. With a tasty total of 71 points, team Frankie Fatpard managed by the eponymous Special One devoured the competition with a delicious combination of Chelsea’s brace-bagging Michael Essien for 15 points, as well as a backline trio of Koscielny (8), Vidic (9) and Terry (6).

Tragically, the Special One had not yet registered his team by email, so his prize of a US$20 Cellcard phone voucher and T-shirt passes to second-placed Steve Longley, who notched 66 points with his team Two Apples Please.

Other top picks for the week were the likes of Fulham’s double netter Dembele (13) and Blackpool’s superb value striker Adam (13).

With four clubs involved in midweek Champions League clashes, you’ll want to lay off making transfer decisions until Friday to avoid choosing an injured man.
